Start an online return
To start return, click here or My Account > Order History to initiate the return. Enter the order number and email address linked to your online order. Complete the steps online to answer your reason for return. You will receive an email confirming your return submission.
Return Policy
Motion will gladly accept merchandise for exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise returned must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Start an Online Return
The following steps apply to items purchased online only. For information on returning items purchased from a store, please continue to the next sections. To make sure we can process your return as quickly as possible, please follow these steps when returning your package:
1. Start a Return
Click here to start a return or go to My Account>Order History to initiate the return. Enter the order number and email address linked to your online order. Complete the steps online to answer your reason for return. You will receive an email confirming your return submission.
2. Receive the return documents
Receive the exact return information, as a return label and return address.
3. Prepare the package for international shipping
Place the Return Note (page 1) inside the package with the returned item(s) and seal it.
Affix a shipping label (page 2) securely to the outside of the package.
4. To schedule a pickup by a courier

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges for orders outside of the U.S. You can return your item(s) for a full refund. To generate a return, click here.
